Clan Commanders and reconstruction

Few days ago we had a meeting on Team Speak and we all agree reconstruction is an must.
Well my ideea was to let other commanders to chose their teams, for exemple we are now 3 Commanders and this 3 commanders will make their own teams, in my team for exemple will be Skipme,SuzetaMecanica,Luncani,olariualex for now. Evry commander is responsable to make training with his team,companys platoons, evry commander will have a meeting evry week and report to me his team actions, who did something, who can be advance for exemple on high rank, who deserve a spot on clan wars and so on. I will name 5 commanders in next days, each of them is responsable for recruiting new people, train them, explain to them what they dont know and so on. This commander rank is not for good, if they fail they will be replace and some one more capable will replace them. That's why i invite you guys fight as best as you can, show no mercy on enemys and maybe you will be one of Commanders in future. Advantage of commanders is they will get first some gold from me when clan wars begin and if we get some lands. Also Commanders will be able to recomend some of their soldier from their team to get gold so they can pay premium account and so on. After our new team speak is ready, evry commander will have his channel and evry soldier from their team will join in that channel, also when team speak is ready i will name new commanders and i will ask them to pick their teams.
